Jeff Seyfert
Bio
Jeff Seyfert
was born and attended secondary school in Seminole, Oklahoma, where he served
as Student Council President his senior year.
The next two years, Jeff attended Seminole State College, where he was
elected President of the Student Government Association his sophomore
year. Upon graduation with an Associates
degree in Business from Seminole State College, Jeff enrolled at Southern
Nazarene University. He was elected
President of Phi Beta Lambda and selected for membership in Delta Mu Delta his senior year.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1987 with a degree in
Marketing/Management. Jeff is also a
1989 MBA graduate of the University of Tulsa, where he was honored with a graduate assistantship, serving as
Residence Director of what was then the athletic residence hall.
Since 1990, Jeff has served
in various capacities at Southern Nazarene University. For ten years, he was Instructor then
Assistant Professor in the School of Business, teaching a variety of courses in the areas of marketing, management,
economics and finance. For the past six
years, Jeff has served as the Director of Marketing for the Graduate Studies in
Management programs at SNU. For the past
two years, he has served as Interim Director of the Graduate Studies in
Management programs. In addition to his
marketing and administrative duties, he also teaches in the graduate program
and serves as the Academic Liaison to the SNU Crimson Storm Football program.
Jeff, wife Erica and
daughter Ashley, live in Piedmont and attend the Yukon First Church of the Nazarene and serve as teachers for a Sunday School class. Jeff
serves on the Board of the local American Marketing Association chapter in
addition to involvement in a variety of Oklahoma City and Bethany Chamber activities.
